Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda ji consecrated Sarveshwara Dhyana Nilayam on October 15th, 1989 with a great vision and unconditional love for the upliftment of rural areas in Tiruvallur.

Since then, Chinmaya Sarveshwara has rendered 32 years of service to rural community through charitable medical centre, a free school, Goshala, women empowerment, etc.

As we step forward, we invoke the Grace and Blessings of Sarveshwara Bhagavan through puja, abhishekam and homam.

Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, the founder of Chinmaya Mission Worldwide (in 1951), consecrated Chinmaya Sarveshwara at Thamaraipakkam, Tiruvallur district in the year 1989. Since then, the center is serving the rural community through a charitable medical center and a free school named Harihara Vidyalaya. In 2005, with the blessings of Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayananda and the guidance of CORD National team at Sidhbari, Shri P.N.Kannan started the rural development work in Tiruvallur district.  From 2013 December, CORD was further reaching out to more villages and empowerment programs, under the able leadership of Smt.Priya Arunachalam.
